A Jegna is someone who embodies qualities of strength, courage, wisdom, and selflessness. This individual is typically esteemed for their contributions to the well-being and development of the community, serving as a role model and source of inspiration for others. The term "Jegna" reflects a cultural archetype of leadership and mentorship, emphasizing the importance of individuals who dedicate themselves to the betterment and protection of their people.The word Jegna has been translated into English as meaning: hero, warrior, soldier, courage, strength and protection of our culture, land and people, and elder.
